The Walliserhof - a hotel with a heart for dogs
Dogs welcome!
We know from our own experience: It is often not easy for dog owners to find a dog-friendly hotel for their holidays. Well-behaved four-legged friends are always welcome at the Valais farm. Our Hawk (Australian Shepard) will be happy to welcome you!
We have a heart for animals and offer our guests a small but fine dog service: You will be greeted in your hotel room by a bowl, dog bed and treats. Thus your dog can strengthen itself after the strenuous journey first once and rest.

Your dog may go almost everywhere with us
Well-behaved dogs are allowed everywhere in our hotel - except in the spa area. You can also take your quadruped with you to dinner in our Gourmet Restaurant Hochsitz. We have created a special area for this where guests with dogs feel particularly at home.
Hiking and swimming with the dog
In our dog-friendly hotel you can let the dog romp in the garden and take it with you to the mountains for hiking. In addition, the Walliserhof is situated on a beautiful path directly by the glacier stream. This is the ideal route for jogging with your four-legged friend in the morning or for a walk in between. Cooling down is provided by the cool stream water and the dog area in the local natural swimming pond.
Extra service: hourly dog sitting
Don't worry if you cannot or don't want to take your dog with you: In such cases, the staff at the Walliserhof reception will be happy to take care of your loyal friend and companion for a few hours. If you need help or a veterinarian, our dog-friendly team is always there for you.
