This is because our food is not only made from pure natural ingredients taken from the immediate vicinity, but above all passion and honest values. Respect for animal life, a sense of attachment to the region and a clear rejection of today’s disposable culture and packaging madness. 

What does a beef sauce lovingly cooked for 24 hours taste like, or homemade pasta or even fresh herbs from the garden? We would say: simply authentic – and quite clearly the taste of Walliserhof.
