Whichever side you got out of bed: A good day starts at the breakfast table and this is laden with richness at our gourmet hotel in the Austrian Alps. We serve handmade, homemade and farm-made delicacies until 11am. Jano’s oven-fresh bread rolls, baked overnight - just in time for the smell to guide you to our brunch. Fresh mountain milk from the farm, homemade jams and spreads, cold meats and cheese from the farmers, Vorarlberg butter, waffles à la carte and hand-blended chocolate spread.

Gourmet breakfast at the Walliserhof means regional produce, dedicated handicraft and sustainability. We know our suppliers, leave our breakfast pros to get on with the job of brewing their barista coffee and treasure added value rather than disposables. You won’t find any little plastic containers on our breakfast table. Where there’s no packaging, there’s no waste! 

Take your seat in the Hochsitz restaurant with its glass facade or sit among the giant trees and allow the morning breeze to waft over your face. We’ll take care of the culinary stimulation. With our hands, hearts and a big smile.
