salt cave - roman thermal bath
salt cave - roman thermal bath
A place of relaxation. In Roman times, this type of bath was known as a Laconium. Extreme heat is deliberately avoided, resulting in your body slowly warming up from the inside. After approx. 15 - 20 minutes, intensive perspiration will start. This thermal bath does not, however, put any strain on the circulatory system.
The temperature of 60 °C is ideal to cleanse and detox the body. The body’s defences are strengthened and existing germs are efficiently fought. You should leave the steam bath after approximately 1 hour.
Abrupt cooling off with cold water is not required. Choose a shower temperature that is comfortable. After the steam bath, you will feel rejuvenated and revitalised. There will be no tiredness caused by the strain put on the circulatory system that you may have experienced after visits to other saunas. You will be impressed!

Approx. 90 °C will certainly make you perspire. A cold shower or cool water mist will bring the circulatory system back into full swing. Fortifying, perspiring and vitalizing is the motto.
infrared cabin
infrared cabin
Staying in an infrared cabin allows the body and soul to completely relax. Maintaining health while offering vitality and relaxation are the main priorities.
As an alternative to the sauna, it does not warm up the body using hot air in the room but by infrared radiation, which creates deep warmth. The infrared radiant heat leads to the warming of the subjacent tissue.
Despite an operating temperature of only approx. 50 - 60˚ C, the deep-heat effect of the infrared radiation results in substantially higher perspiration than achieved in a traditional sauna. There is not as much strain put on the circulatory system as in the Finnish sauna.
Infrared cabins can be beneficial to fight cellulite and can support weight loss.
We recommend a stay of 15 min.
